We have decided to relocate to another state and are selling our beloved condo here in Jersey City NJ. We are asking 889K for this condo which is less than what we bought it for in pre-construction 4 years ago AND including the upgrades we put into it. This piece of property will only become more and more valuable as time progresses due to the way the NYC view will change when the new World Trade Center finished and with the Powerhouse Building transitioning into an arts building across the street from us.
This is the ideal climate to buy in and we are looking to find a buyer that will see what everyone else does here in this up and coming area.
